Free Weekly SessionsTerms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to Sky customers redeeming a We Make Footballers promotional code obtained through Sky Sports Rewards / Sky VIP.
Last updated: 22/07/2026
General
- Codes are issued by Sky to eligible Sky customers through the Sky Sports Rewards / Sky VIP promotion. Entry into the promotion is managed by Sky and is subject to Sky's promotion terms.
- This promotion is available to redeem at participating We Make Footballers venues in the United Kingdom only. Sky customers in the Republic of Ireland may be eligible to enter the promotion via Sky, but all available venues are located in the UK.
- Codes are redeemable for weekly sessions running up until the 31st of December 2027. If the promotion is withdrawn or closed early, codes already issued to customers will be honoured in accordance with these terms.
- Sessions and camps are only available for children aged 4–12 years old (inclusive).
- Each offer is limited to a maximum of 2 children per household. Code mechanics for each offer are set out in the relevant offer section below.
- All redemptions are subject to availability.
- Promotional codes are redeemable against standard We Make Footballers weekly training sessions only. Codes cannot be redeemed against any other We Make Footballers product or service, including (but not limited to) talent identification events, other events, team training, Foundation League, birthday parties, and school training.
- Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash or any alternative product or service.
- Codes cannot be combined with any other We Make Footballers offer, discount, or introductory/free trial session.
- Participation is subject to these campaign terms and to the standard We Make Footballers Terms and Conditions, available at wemakefootballers.com/policies/terms-and-conditions. By redeeming a code and completing a booking, you agree to both. Where these campaign terms and the standard terms conflict in relation to this promotion, these campaign terms take priority.
- Personal data is handled in accordance with the We Make Footballers Privacy Policy.
- We Make Footballers shares redemption data with Sky, including the status of redeemed codes, for the purposes of administering this promotion. Personal data is handled in accordance with the We Make Footballers Privacy Policy, available at wemakefootballers.com/policies/privacy.
- These campaign terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- All attendees must adhere to and respect all We Make Footballers policies, including (but not limited to) our Child Welfare Policy, Anti-Bullying Policy, Equality & Diversity Policy, Privacy Policy, and Nut Policy. All policies can be found at: wemakefootballers.com/policies.
Free Weekly Sessions (Term-Time Only)
- This offer is available to new We Make Footballers customers only. A new customer is a household that has not previously booked We Make Footballers weekly training sessions. Households that have previously booked We Make Footballers weekly training sessions are not eligible to redeem this offer, and the booking system will not accept a code from an ineligible household.
- Existing We Make Footballers customers who are not eligible for this offer may still redeem the Holiday Development Camps offer, which is open to all customers.
- Codes are redeemable for a block of 4 free consecutive weekly training sessions. Sessions cannot be used non-consecutively.
- Codes are redeemable for weekly sessions taking place in term time only.
- Codes are redeemable at any point across a block of sessions at participating We Make Footballers venues, subject to session availability.
- Missed sessions are forfeited. The 4 free sessions must be used consecutively; any session that is missed by the customer will not be refunded, credited, or made up.
- Sessions cancelled by We Make Footballers do not count as missed sessions. If a session is cancelled by We Make Footballers or the venue (for example due to weather or venue closure), it will not be deducted from the free block and the block will continue at the next available session.
- Term breaks do not count against the block. Weekly training runs during term time only. Where the 4 free sessions span a school holiday or other break in training, the block is paused and resumes automatically when sessions restart — customers will not lose any of their free sessions during a break. "Consecutive" means consecutive scheduled training sessions, not consecutive calendar weeks.
- Redeeming this offer does not enrol the household in a paid subscription and no payment will be taken. The offer ends automatically after the 4 free sessions have been used. Households wishing to continue weekly training after their free block must actively sign up for a paid We Make Footballers subscription — sessions cannot be continued without signing up.
- Codes are valid for weekly sessions running up until the 31st of December 2027.
Booking & Attendance
- All attendance must be pre-booked. A promotional code alone does not guarantee a place — code holders must register with We Make Footballers and book their sessions or camp through the booking journey before attending. Children who arrive without a prior booking will not be admitted.
- Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability at the chosen venue.
- Booking confirmations are sent to the email address provided at registration. Please ensure your details are entered correctly.
On the Day
- Supervision: unless the parent has consented to the child attending unaccompanied, a parent or carer must remain at the venue and is responsible for supervising the child at all times outside of active coaching. We Make Footballers' duty of care applies only during the supervised session or camp at the venue, within session hours.
- Medical & additional needs: parents must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or additional needs relevant to the child's participation at registration, so We Make Footballers can assess suitability and consider reasonable adjustments. Sessions are delivered in a group coaching format; one-to-one supervision or specialist support cannot be provided as standard.
- Inherent risk & insurance: participation in sport carries inherent risks, including injury. We Make Footballers maintains public liability insurance but does not provide personal accident, health, or medical insurance for individual players; parents are responsible for any personal cover they consider appropriate.
- Conduct: players and parents/carers must follow the We Make Footballers Player and Parent Codes of Conduct. We Make Footballers may refuse or discontinue participation for unacceptable behaviour.
- Collection: children must be collected promptly at the end of each session or camp.
- Property: We Make Footballers is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Photography & Filming
- At registration, parents will be asked to make separate consent selections for photography and filming (internal coaching use, social media/marketing, and scouting). No option is pre-selected, and selecting NO does not affect the child's ability to participate.
- Parents and carers may photograph or film their own child only and must not capture identifiable images of other children without those children's parents' consent.
- Some venues operate automated session recording (e.g. VeoCam); parents will be informed at or before registration where this applies.
- Full details are set out in the We Make Footballers Photography Policy (Section 10 of the standard terms) and Privacy Policy.
